Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my order?

Orders will begin production once the storefront closes. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks after the close date for production. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.
Are any purchases final sale?

Because each item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference. If your item arrives with a production defect, please reach out and we'll make it right.
How will I get my order?

Depending on your group's preferences, your order will either be shipped directly to you, available for free local pickup, or distributed with the rest of your group's order at a designated pickup location coordinated by your group organizer. These options will be displayed upon checkout.
When do I need to place my order?

All orders must be placed before the storefront closes. The closing date will be listed at the top of this page, and orders cannot be accepted once the storefront has closed.
